Marc Vanonckelen from Halen in Limburg continues to work his way to the top against tough competition

The municipality of Halen in the province of Limburg has become the place to be thanks to Sabrina Brugmans. Marc Vanonckelen lives close to him and therefore has to compete against him every week. That is certainly not a disadvantage, he says, because that is the only way to improve your own pigeons and to implement the selection at a strict level. If we then look at Marc's past results of the last 2 years, you can say that this is more than fine. Anyone who can achieve 5 provincial victories in heavy middle distance and long distance flights has strong credentials. The competition here in his region is very strong with several top lofts that achieve provincial victories every year.
We had to get to know the pigeons and found a strong strain of pigeons here that can be linked together by always falling back on the same basis. These pigeons can also fly top in middle distance or even shorter flights, but can also fly straight to the top from Argenton at provincial and national level.

He was not raced after that.
