Dimitri Deneys from Liedekerke wins 1st Prov 4,103 yearlings ( fastest against 8,756 pigeons )

On the 1st National race the lofts are ready to rumble. Everybody wants to show that their pigeons are in good shape and hope that the form comes at the right time. At Dimitri & his father Deneys it already worked out nicely. You saw the pigeons getting better week after week and knew that the form was coming. To clock a pigeon as early as they did in the region they’re at isn’t easy at all. But their yearling hen showed what she had in her and became the fastest of the entire province (fastest of 8,756b) and wins the 7th national against 25,106 yearlings. When you have a look at her pedigree you know immediately that this is good, her grandmother ‘Princess Bourges’ also has a fantastic palmaris and proofs it now as well on the breeding loft.

Racing team

They race both the cocks as the hens. And they are all being raced on the classic widowhood system and they like to keep the cocks on the small middle distance races. The hens can show their quality on the nationals. None of the pigeons were darkened but in a matter of motivation they took it at ease the first races. 

From May onwards and everything that follows is important for them and this is off course a wonderful start of their hens team
