Dennis Veugelers from Nieuwstadt has a great breeding base thanks to their 2 Olympiad pigeons

The colony of Dennis Veugelers from Nieuwstadt, the Netherlands, was at the level we know this family for, both in 2025 and the year before. When the races are tough and the distance increases, keep in mind that you'll have to surpass this colony before you're truly victorious. In total, they won five first place NPO prizes in 2024-2025, which is no easy feat. The colony is run by Dennis, his wife Chanou, and Dennis's parents. After being honored twice at the Olympiad in their home country with their fantastic pigeons "Olympic Ranger" and "Olympic Lizzy," the focus shifted to these two top pigeons. The family of these two pigeons stems from their incredibly strong old foundation, primarily the lineage of progenitor "Chuck Norris" and "Steven Seagal," paired with the old strain of Gerard Koopman. Of course, stock dam "Miss Koopman" NL 16-1072778 is the founder of many top pigeons.

They also invested further in pigeons from Gerard and Bas Verkerk, and these too performed fantastically in the breeding loft right away, ensuring they can compete with the very best in the subsequent NPO middle-distance races. These pigeons were all crossed with the old lines of this colony, and it was a bull's-eye.
