Eijerkamp pigeons strike again in the 2023 season

In the 2023 season, the Eijerkamp pigeons are once again showing that they are cut from the right cloth with many nice series and first prizes in the meantime. The season so far has been awarded with tough races due to mostly head winds and lower speeds and even under these conditions the Eijerkamp pigeons feel like a fish in water. The Eijerkamp family has been playing with great success for years from Brummen, in division 8 GOU, under two different names; Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp and Lotte Eijerkamp and in recent years they have won numerous first prizes, regionally, provincially and NPO, as well as many top rankings in national competitions and ace pigeons. Since last year, the Eijerkamp family also plays in combination with Arnold Paalman playing under the name Eijerkamp-Paalman in Laren within Division 9 Oost-Nederland with great success.

This 3-year-old widowhood hen has since won several top prizes on the loft at Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp such as;

Father: NL18-1627863 'Luka Modric', 1st National Ace Young of the Netherlands in 2018 in 4 different competitions!!!! 'Luka Modric' was bred from 'Jackpot Junior' X 'Honda' or the best of the Heremans-Ceusters paired with the best of the Janssen lines.
Meanwhile, 'Luka Modric' is also a gifted breeder as he is father, grand- and great-grandfather of several top pigeons and winners.
Mother: NL19-1667359 'Lady Hawk', a direct daughter of 'Murphy's Law', the stock pigeon on the loft of Willem de Bruijn from Reeuwijk.

This 2-year old widower on Lotte Eijerkamp's loft played his 2nd first prize this season along with several top prizes. He has currently flown 4 times 1:1000

Father: NL19-1412811 'Herby', full brother 'Beetle' out of 'Fat Blue Jackpot' X 'Uniek' which is a great breeding hen out of 'Barend J' X 'Anniek'. 'Beetle' was crowned 1st National Ace Yearling in 2019 in the competition of The Very Best. 'Herby' has grown into a great breeding cock as he has since become father and grandfather of several toppers in Brummen.
Mother: NL17-1821132 'Milica', a proven daughter of 'Olympic Leo' X 'Barbera' which is a daughter of 'Olympic Vivian'. 'Olympic Leo' was 2nd Ace pigeon in Germany for Wolfgang Roeper who bought this topper as a squeaker from Leo Heremans but Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp bought 'Olympic Leo' at the end of 2016 and since then he has been in the breeding lofts with Hans and Evert-Jan.

The Eijerkamp-Paalman success story in Laren
Arnold has long been caretaker of the breeders at Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp's lofts in Brummen and after Arnold's move to Laren in 2022, Hans and Evert-Jan approached Arnold to set up a combination together in Laren and so the Eijerkamp-Paalman combination was born in 2022. In 2022, the pace was slow but now in 2023, there already seems to be no slowing down. Because in the meantime, 2 provincial as well as an NPO victory have been achieved on the lofts in Laren. We would like to introduce to you the topper from Eijerkamp-Paalman and this is the yearling hen 'Zoé', NL22-8229093. As a youngster she won 2 prizes but now in 2023 there seems to be no stopping her and she has won 7 prizes so far with a.o.

The mother of 'Karl' is 'Esther', who became 2nd provincial ace Middle Distance in 2014 at the Eijerkamp lofts and 'Esther' was purchased as a squeaker from Stefaan Lambrechts in 2013.
