Kaier (Schriek) wins 1st I.Prov.Melun 9,551 old and yearling pigeons

The first weekend of mine is traditionally the start of the middle distance, with the flights above 250km we hopefully make a nice start of a great season. For the province of Antwerp the first flight was played from Melun and in the new combination “Antwerpen Hoofd” no less than 9,551 pigeons came to the start. The winner here is a yearling cock that is played in the loft of Mr. Xing Wei alias Kaier in Schriek. He clocked no less than 6 pigeons in the first 100 against this nice number of pigeons and we had a smooth course.

Mr. Xing Wei's loft used to be located in Schaffen in Flemish Brabant where Pascal's sister, namely Kristel Ariën, was in charge of the care. In 2024 they made a new start in Schriek and for the first time they raced with yearlings.

Winner BE 24-6185898 Nestbrother Burj Khalifa

The winner is not just any cock, this cock also won a 15th against 2,912 pigeons on Soissons and he is a nest brother of “Burj Khalifa”. This pigeon was the best pigeon in the One loft race in Dubai and flew a great list of achievements there. That is why this pigeon also became 1st Champion on Champions winner, 2nd Super Ace Pigeon winner and 3rd Grand Average winner.

The father of this pigeon is “BE 23-2001710”, this is a joint breeding between Kaier and Erik Limbourg. Here a son of “Olympic Hurricane” was coupled with the mother of the famous “Geeloger” 1st National Ace Pigeon All Round KBDB 2023. The father is therefore a 100% Willem De Bruijn pigeon.

The mother is “NL 22-8483432” Miss Lin who comes directly from Combinatie Lin from the Netherlands. She is a daughter of “Olympic China 001”. This top pigeon won 4 x 1st National Ace Pigeon in several competitions in 2020 and also became Olympiad Pigeon in 2021. The mother of this pigeon is a joint breeding between Combinatie Lin and Willem De Bruijn. Here 2 great racers were coupled together “Murphy’s Law” x “Olympic Janneke”.
