We know that Eddy and Maarten mainly focus on racing with young pigeons, but since the season would otherwise be too short, they also keep a limited racing team consisting of 11 yearling and 3 old cocks, along with 11 yearling and 1 old hen. Quality over quantity — and this was once again clearly demonstrated last weekend with their interprovincial victory against 3,280 pigeons from Fontenay.

The winner is yearling cock B25-4129092, a class pigeon bred from the very best Leutenez bloodlines. The winner is a grandson of both “Alaphilippe” and “New Oscar,” a reunion of national KBDB ace pigeons.
