Racing pigeon association of Hubei province thanks Herbots family for the support.

Last February, we auctioned eleven pigeons of exceptional quality from our loft born from our best breeders in order to support our Chinese friends to tackle the outbreak of the Corona virus. Because of your support we obtained a very good result, and we donated all the money raised in the auction to the provincial racing pigeon association of the province of Hubei. Hubei, of which Wuhan is the provincial capital, was hit very hard by the outbreak of the virus. In the meantime, life has largely returned to normal in the province of Hubei, and the provincial racing pigeon association has distributed the money we donated to various organizations and clubs for which this means a very big support. We received a beautiful letter from China to thank us for our support. We are very happy that we have been able to help the province of Hubei to tackle the Corona virus and to overcome this very difficult period.

Dear family Herbots

            When China was hit hard by the outbreak of the New Coronavirus, you showed your great heart and donated a generous amount of money to the provincial racing pigeon association of the province of Hubei out of concern with the people of Hubei. This helped us a lot with the resumption of our activities, has eased the problems of our association and made that the pigeon fanciers in our region can exercise their hobby again. We as the provincial racing pigeon association of Hubei want to thank you for this from the bottom of our hearts.

After the outbreak of the virus was brought under control and the quarantine restrictions were eased, we distributed your donation to the local racing pigeon associations, clubs and one loft races in our province. This has strengthened the ties between the province of Hubei and the family Herbots to a great extent.

            Because the outbreak of the virus has been brought under control, the pigeon fanciers of the province start to get back to work again. In the future we will continue to make efforts to further develop the pigeon sport in our region. We will continue to encourage pigeon fanciers in our region to participate in races, to strengthen the cooperation and exchange of information with fanciers in China and abroad, especially the family Herbots, and to strive for the further professionalization of our sport.

            Sport has no boundaries and brings people together. Once again from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much for your help and your support! We hope that Belgium will soon recover from this difficult period and wish the family Herbots lots of luck and good health.
