Rigo Lenaers from Vliermaal starts with 1-2-3-4-5-6 Mettet 1,937 old and yearling pigeons

The first race for Rigo Lenaers' colony has started fantastically. Both cocks and hens were basketed, with only the yearling cocks remaining at home. Six pigeons were clocked simultaneously within 12 seconds, making them the 6 fastest of nearly 2,000 pigeons. For Rigo, this is a fantastic start following his super season last year. The first pigeon is a cock and a son of Rigo's best breeding pair; the second pigeon is a yearling hen. This one is a late-hatched bird that was basketed 7 times last year and already showed great potential back then. Furthermore, virtually all the pigeons are descendants of the foundation sire “Super 485,” who is a grandson of “Olympiade 003” Leo Heremans.
