You all had the chance to get to know Rod Sparkes and some of his pigeons in our former article about him :

Now that there is an auction online at this moment we would like to give you an update on his results and references from the season 2020 (you can look at the results of the former years in the article above), he nailed it weekend after weekend and left his competitors standing.
Let us have a look at these results and then talk a bit about the pigeons that are realizing this.

Another need to know about this pigeons is that Rod himself hesitated how this season was going to be as the flying routes were changed this year and he didn’t know whether his pigeons were up for this. But as you can see by all the 1st prizes he wins in 2020, these pigeons can race both headwind and tailwind for the 1st prizes….amazing breed!! One of the races was flown with strong North Eastern wind and normally Rod wouldn’t hit a single prize on his location but this race was the last one out of Newbury on the 19th of September 2020 where he won : 1,2,4,5,7,8,9,11,12,13,14,15,…so his pigeons dominated the entire race!
