Surinx-Pletsers (Nieuwerkerken) - 1 Prov. La Souterraine 964 youngsters

This La Souterraine flight was a tough one for the province of Limburg. After all, Limburg collected 964 young pigeons for this National flight, only 16% or 155 young pigeons can be found on the national result. For the Limburg tandem Surinx Pletsers from Nieuwerkerken it was their third provincial victory in this tough season.

Their first victory at provincial level dates from June 13, when they won 1 Melun against 3600 old and yearlings. This was with Moonshine,  a super hen, which also was 1 Ace pigeon of the month June in pigeon magazine LCB. This season she won  1 Prov. Melun 3600 p - 1 Sens 1334 p - 1 Sourdun 736 p - 3 Dizy 1417 p... Two weeks later it was Mr.BDD's turn, a crossing Deneufbourg x Boonen. He won provincial Brive (695 km) against 834 old birds, with a lead of no less than 12 minutes. Now Surinx-Pletsers takes a victory at La Souterraine with a 5 minute lead.
