Tournelle – Hua Feng (Rummen) wins 1st Provincial Sancoins 2,513 yearlings again

After a week's break due to the warm weather, we had a new national race in the tough middle distance with Sancoins. The winner in the province of Flemish Brabant is once again the Tournelle – Hua Feng colony from Rummen. Their season is running like clockwork, and after achieving 3rd and 4th place at La Chatre, they have moved one spot closer to their new national victory. The hen on whom all eyes were naturally focused is “329”. This hen arrived in 3rd place, thus securing her 4th super prize, which she needs for the national ace pigeon title. Everyone is naturally curious about the battle that will be fought in the upcoming 4 national races. But they have certainly shown over the past few weeks that this colony is ready for it.

In addition, there is of course the particularly fine reference at Sancoins for Thijs Nick & Roger in Hallaar. They won 1st National Sancoins in the old birds category with a 50% Tournelle pigeon. The grandmother of this winner is also the grandmother of the national winner at Thijs Nick & Roger in Hallaar last weekend. It was therefore almost two grandchildren of the same hen that secured a national victory on the same day.
