Christiaens – De Smedt (Pamel) remporte le 1er Provincial Narbonne 550 yearlings

La saison dernière à Narbonne, cette colonie a remporté les 1er et 2e prix provinciaux Narbonne yearlings, ce qui lui a également valu l'argent et le bronze au niveau national face à 5 553 yearlings. Un an plus tard, cette colonie est de retour en pleine forme et a remporté un autre titre provincial Narbonne. Cette fois, elle a remporté les 1er, 4e, 5e, 6e, 8e, 9e, etc. au niveau provincial, et au niveau national, elle a débuté avec les 6e, 18e, 27e et 29e places.

Une autre performance fantastique avec des yearlings dans des conditions très difficiles. Ce yearling est un mâle, fils du super reproducteur « Rudi », élevé par Jeroen et Stijn Rans et croisé avec les meilleures lignées de Dirk Christiaens et Kristel De Smedt.

Le système est bien connu ici : les pigeons effectuent toujours leur course de grand fond depuis le nid. Ils essaient toujours de les enloger entre 10 et 14 jours de couvaison. Les yearlings ont deux examens à passer. Agen et Narbonne sont des références, et Dirk s'appuie sur cela. Le vainqueur de cette année a participé à deux concours nationaux en tant que pigeonneau et a remporté un prix à Argenton. Les jeunes précoces sont toujours inscrits à au moins un concours national, tandis que les jeunes tardifs ne sont entraînés que sur des vols plus courts.
